Welcome to Zonemon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our domain monitoring and protection services ("Service") operated by Zonemon ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
Zonemon provides domain monitoring services to help identify potential typo-squatting and similar domain threats. Our service includes:
IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully as it contains important limitations on our service.
2.1 No Guarantee of Complete Detection: While we use advanced algorithms and techniques to detect typo-squatted domains and similar threats, we DO NOT and CANNOT guarantee that we will detect 100% of all possible domain variations, threats, or malicious domains. Domain squatters continuously develop new techniques, and some threats may go undetected.
2.2 No Prevention of Attacks: Our Service is a monitoring and detection tool only. We DO NOT prevent cyber attacks, phishing attempts, or other malicious activities. We cannot guarantee that using our Service will prevent any security breaches, data loss, or other harmful events.

2.4 Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the information provided by our Service is complete, accurate, or current. Detection results may include false positives or miss actual threats.
3.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans:
3.2 Free Trial: New users receive a 15-day free trial with access to Starter plan features (1 domain limit during trial). No credit card is required for the trial.

3.4 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
3.5 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged using the payment method on file.
3.6 Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over a 7-day grace period. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended until payment is received.
3.7 Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial months, annual subscriptions, or unused features.
4.1 Plan Upgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
4.2 Plan Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You must ensure your usage (domains and users) is within the limits of the new plan before the downgrade takes effect. Downgrades will be blocked if you exceed the new plan's limits.
4.3 Add-On Purchases: You may purchase additional domain or user capacity as add-ons to your current plan. Add-ons are billed immediately and renew with your subscription.

5.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each account represents an organization and may have multiple users based on your subscription plan.
5.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5.3 User Roles: Accounts support multiple user roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer) with different permission levels. Account owners are responsible for managing user access and permissions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zonemon and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
